Return and Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes you may want to return or exchange an item after receiving it. If you find any quality issues with your pearl jewelry within 48 hours after the receipt of the goods, you are eligible for a return or exchange.

 

Please note the following conditions: 

The item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the same packaging as it was received.

You must provide proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation email. Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or other quality issue that is our responsibility.

 

Non-Acceptance of Unjustified Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges without a valid reason. Our products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipping to ensure their quality.
